#BeatFitnessAmazingRace

The #BeatFitnessAmazingRace is a year-long competition jam packed of fun challenges and tasks with various point totals for each one based on how difficult it is to accomplish them. We will be releasing a new list of challenges every month, so be sure to stay up to date! Post a picture or video on Facebook when specified with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace and tag Beat Fitness to submit proof of completion. If you do not have a Facebook, please email your proof to info@beat-fitness.com. At the end of the year, the top-5 point earners will win a prize! You may complete tasks released from previous months at any time, so it is never too late to start! Have fun and live empowered!

 

April Challenges

  • – Subscribe to Beat Fitness’ YouTube channel and provide proof in person or via email at info@beat-fitness.com. (2 pts.)
  • – Purchase a #BeatFitnessAmazingRace t-shirt. (2 pts)
  • – Take a picture at The Point downtown wearing you #BeatFitnessAmazingRace t-shirt. Post your picture on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace or email us at info@beat-fitness.com. (3 pts)
  • – Share a Beat Fitness YouTube video on Facebook. (1 pt)
  • – Attend a Beat Fitness class wearing your #BeatFitnessAmazingRace t-shirt. Post your picture on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace or email us at info@beat-fitness.com. (2 pts)
  • – Sign-up for a 6-week weight loss package. (4 pts)
  • – Share a Beat Fitness blog article on Facebook. (1 pt.)

March Challenges

  • -Compete in any part of the Pittsburgh Marathon, post a picture on Facebook with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace or email it to us at info@beat-fitness.com(5 pts.)
  • -Compete in any other local race, post a picture on Facebook with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace or email it to us at info@beat-fitness.com(3 pts.)
  • -One business within the Wexford/Cranberry area has been tagged as the “x” on the treasure map (new location). To find the “x” you must ask an employee if they are the tagged location in the #BeatFitnessAmazingRace. Let us know what business is the tagged location once you’ve found it. If you try to guess and get the answer wrong, you will lose a point from your total, so be sure you have the right answer! (5 pts.)
  • -Attend the March 10th Breathing Seminar hosted by Beat Fitness and Turack Chiropractic. (2 pts.)
  • -Expand your palate and challenge yourself you eat at least one healthy food or meal. Photograph your healthy choice and upload it to Facebook with the hashtag #BeatFitnessAmazingRace and tag Beat Fitness or email your picture to us at info@beat-fitness.com(1 pt.)

February Challenges

  • -Submit a list of (5) friends, and their email addresses, who you think would love Beat Fitness. You can submit your list in person, by messaging us on Facebook, or by emailing us at info@beat-fitness.com. (3 pts.)
  • -Create a user account for the Beat Fitness blog. (1 pt.)
  • -Submit an idea for an article that you would like to read about on the Beat Fitness blog. (1 pt.)
  • -Submit your own blog article regarding some health, wellness, or fitness related topic. (3 pts.)
  • -Hang up (3) free-workout cards on a bulletin board around town. Take a photograph and send it, and the location of the bulletin board, to us at info@beat-fitness.com. (3 pts.)
  • -Write a Yelp! review for Beat Fitness. (2 pts.)

  • -Post a status on Facebook that addresses what you have achieved or noticed since joining Beat Fitness, tag Beat Fitness, and hashtag it #BeatFitnessAmazingRace. January Challenges

  • -Record a video of yourself explaining your 2018 health and fitness goal. Upload it to Facebook, tag Beat Fitness, and hashtag it #BeatFitnessAmazingRace (2 pts.)
  • -Take a selfie with a professional athlete or celebrity holding a sign or piece of paper that says #BeatFitnessAmazingRace. Upload it to Facebook and tag Beat Fitness. (5 pts.)
  • -Record a video of you holding a Deadbug for as long as you can. Hashtag the video with both #DeadbugChallenge and #BeatFitnessAmazingRace and tag Beat Fitness. (2 pts.) BONUS: tag and challenge 3 friends to complete the challenge (1 pt.)
  • -Bring in a friend for a workout who has never been to Beat Fitness. Take a photo with your friend, upload it to Facebook, tag Beat Fitness and hashtag it #BeatFitnessAmazingRace (1 pt.)
  • -Record a video testimonial about how Beat Fitness has changed your life. Upload it to Facebook, tag Beat Fitness, and hashtag it #BeatFitnessAmazingRace. (2 pts.)
