Beat Fitness Golf Program

Our Golf Program begins Friday, May 18th and will be held every Friday at 6:30pm.

Are you a competitive golfer or someone who enjoys getting out on the links recreationally? Then you will LOVE our exciting new golf program that we will be rolling out in the very near future. This program will aim to improve the key essentials needed to play better and shoot a lower score – rotational power, fluidity, mobility, timing, core strength and balance!

By using the tools, mechanics, and exercises used by top professionals and 2017 Volvik World Long Drive Champion, Justin James, we will condition your body to improve swing mechanics, rotational power, strength, shoulder stability, mobility, trunk rotation and balance!
