The body will utilize the three pillars of Body Ergonomic Applied Training in bodyweight, light weighted and other exercise movements. These movements are modified to meet the goals and fitness levels of everyone.
This class is fun and will prepare individuals for BEAT Fusion, or can be a main class of choice!
The body will develop strength, cardiovascular endurance and functional movements to a higher degree in order to utilize throughout day-to-day living not just in the gym! All while becoming a healthier and fitter YOU!
