Student Athlete 8-Week Program

Starting Date: November 21st

Beat Fitness’ second 8-week student athlete program is set to begin November 21st with limited spots available (12)!

Student-Athlete classes will be held Tuesday’s and Friday’s from 3-4pm and are only open to those who register for the 8-week program.

 

  • Non-dominant side training
  • Rotational movement
  • Cross body lateralization
  • Tapping into the power and potential of the spine engine
  • Core coiling techniques
