Beat Basics is an hour-long class geared towards proper movement and breathing patterns, form, deep core activation, and functional and rotational movements. In this class, participants will learn the importance of proper form, muscle alignment, and belly breathing as it relates to working out and living a pain-free life. This class is great for people who want to learn the fundamentals of Beat Fitness’ core values at a slower pace than our traditional Beat Fusion and Beat Strength classes.
Most classes will follow the layout listed below:
5-8 minute active warm-up
40-42 minute workout
5-8 minute active/static cool-down
