Beat Fitness RMT/Pulsing Class
Beat Fitness RMT/Pulsing Class is a 45-minute class designed to enhance participants’ mind-body connection, fine-tune coordination and athletic movements, and teach and instruct individuals on the pulsing movement that is sweeping the globe and revolutionizing the way we look at human movement. This class will train its participants how to move efficiently by applying the technique known as the Double Down Pulse. The Beat Fitness RMT/Pulsing Class will incorporate coordination techniques using RMT ropes, RMT clubs, and WeckMethod’s Pro-Pulsers.
Most classes will follow the layout listed below:
5-8 minute active warm-up
30-32 minute workout
5-8 minute active/static cool-down
