Today’s sedentary work environment limits functional movement. Inactivity and poor ergonomics compromise the health of both body and mind. Heart Disease, the leading cause of death in the United States, and common low back pain, experienced by 80% of people, are considered totally preventable!

THE TEAM.

Dr. Daniel Turack D.C., M.S.H.N, is a Chiropractor and Nutritionist that has a deep interest in the health of the human body. He has extensive post graduate training in Manual therapy techniques including soft tissue diagnosis and treatment, functional movement assessment, rehabilitation, as well as functional nutrition, detoxification and lab diagnostic work. When working with individuals, Dr. Dan takes great pride in their whole-body health as well as their families. He will work with you to establish an appropriate course of treatment and clearly defined goals that will track your progress throughout care. Dr. Dan has a special interest in amateur and professional athletes and works with them to optimize their performance and extend their careers. In his free time, Dr. Dan enjoys Crossfit, exercising, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and anything that is outside and active.

We have a few different membership options including Unlimited classes/gym access, 2x/week options as well as punch cards if you are unable to make a regular class schedule. Our team would be glad to discuss the various options and get you set up in the right program for your ultimate success! Please email [email protected] for more information.

Yes! We actually recommend beginning with 1on1 sessions that will allow our team to hone in on your specific injuries and recode your body to move optimally. 1on1 training allows us to be more specific with your understanding of the exercises and body mechanics to heal your injuries faster! 1on1 Personal Training is not included in General class membership, but we do have individual programs and packages that we can discuss to meet your specific needs!

No, we do not require any upfront contract commitment. We are here to help you achieve your goals and will do so without the high-pressure sales tactics. If and when you are ready to move better, eliminate pain, build muscle (and confidence!), and improve flexibility we are here to show you the path. We do require a 30-day cancellation notice if you are unable to make classes.

Different Membership levels allow different access - Our unlimited membership includes - Unlimited classes, Gym access outside classes, 10% off supplements, Weekly Vitamin D Bed sessions - all important for a healthy body!

Yes! We offer your first 3 classes FREE so you can get in, get moving and begin to see the variability of exercises that we perform. Email [email protected] for more information and to get your waivers signed!

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer childcare. We will do our best to accommodate your busy family schedule. If a class does not fit in to your schedule you can always work with our coaches to find 1on1 time and begin your healing2performance journey!
