Participation in our student athlete program begins with a GOATA movement assessment. GOATA movement is science using observable slow-motion video technology to recognize and compare that crawling baby movement patterns are identical to the bipedal indigenous tribes of the world and elite athletes. These athletes have had multi-decade careers and were non-contact injury resistant, such as Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Deon Sanders, Pele, Maradona, Serena Williams and Jerry Rice, to name a few. We use the information gathered in each athletes’ GOATA assessment and then work to teach the Greatest of All Time Athletes locomotive patterns.
